From a cognitive perspective, my artistic journey has to do with the testimony and progress of the Art world. It is a journey in search of an inner self, who is there underneath everything, in enlightened surroundings, waiting to come out and be free to embark on the path toward that space. There are symbolic representations in my works that have a recognizable appearance, but contain and signify a variety of complex ideas. The discourse of beauty is contained in forms and elements derived from the accident, from geometry, graphics and juxtaposition, which fuse together to move toward a language for the deconstruction of the technique.
It is an inspired representation of the moment, setting the spirit free on a symbolic flight into its inner being. The elements that make up the space seem to point toward infinity. This proposal came out of a reflection of the means and powers of artistic language to give way to an esthetic continuum based on the acquisition of a medium to create a summation of transitory elements.
The language is free from the codes of visual stereotypes of art… it is the freedom of expression. Let the images… color… light… and shade… speak for themselves.
